Sine Weighted Trend Navigator [QuantAlgo]🟢 Overview
The Sine Weighted Trend Navigator utilizes trigonometric mathematics to create a trend-following system that adapts to various market volatility. Unlike traditional moving averages that apply uniform weights, this indicator employs sine wave calculations to distribute weights across historical price data, creating a more responsive yet smooth trend measurement. Combined with volatility-adjusted boundaries, it produces actionable directional signals for traders and investors across various market conditions and asset classes.
🟢 How It Works
At its core, the indicator applies sine wave mathematics to weight historical prices. The system generates angular values across the lookback period and transforms them through sine calculations, creating a weight distribution pattern that naturally emphasizes recent price action while preserving smoothness. The phase shift feature allows rotation of this weighting pattern, enabling adjustment of the indicator's responsiveness to different market conditions.
Surrounding this sine-weighted calculation, the system establishes volatility-responsive boundaries through market volatility analysis. These boundaries expand and contract based on current market conditions, creating a dynamic framework that helps distinguish meaningful trend movements from random price fluctuations.
The trend determination logic compares the sine-weighted value against these adaptive boundaries. When the weighted value exceeds the upper boundary, it signals upward momentum. When it drops below the lower boundary, it indicates downward pressure. This comparison drives the color transitions of the main trend line, shifting between bullish (green) and bearish (red) states to provide clear directional guidance on price charts.
🟢 How to Use
Green/Bullish Trend Line: Rising momentum indicating optimal conditions for long positions (buy)
Red/Bearish Trend Line: Declining momentum signaling favorable timing for short positions (sell)
Steepening Green Line: Accelerating bullish momentum with increasing sine-weighted values indicating strengthening upward pressure and high-probability trend continuation
Steepening Red Line: Intensifying bearish momentum with declining sine-weighted calculations suggesting persistent downward pressure and optimal shorting opportunities
Flattening Trend Lines: Gradual reduction in directional momentum regardless of color may indicate approaching consolidation or trend exhaustion requiring position management review
🟢 Pro Tips for Trading and Investing
→ Preset Strategy Selection: Utilize the built-in presets strategically - Scalping preset for ultra-responsive 1-15 minute charts, Default preset for balanced general trading, and Swing Trading preset for 1-4 hour charts and multi-day positions.
→ Phase Shift Optimization: Fine-tune the phase shift parameter based on market bias - use positive values (0.1-0.5) in trending bull markets to enhance uptrend sensitivity, negative values (-0.1 to -0.5) in bear markets for improved downtrend detection, and zero for balanced neutral market conditions.
→ Multiplier Calibration: Adjust the multiplier according to market volatility and trading style. Use lower values (0.5-1.0) for tight, responsive signals in stable markets, higher values (2.0-3.0) during earnings seasons or high-volatility periods to filter noise and reduce whipsaws.
→ Sine Period Adaptation: Customize the sine weighted period based on your trading timeframe and market conditions. Use 5-14 for day trading to capture short-term momentum shifts, 14-25 for swing trading to balance responsiveness with reliability, and 25-50 for position trading to maintain long-term trend clarity.
→ Multi-Timeframe Sine Validation: Apply the indicator across multiple timeframes simultaneously, using higher timeframes (4H/Daily) for overall trend bias and lower timeframes (15m/1H) for entry timing, ensuring sine-weighted calculations align across different time horizons.
→ Alert-Driven Systematic Execution: Leverage the built-in trend change alerts to eliminate emotional decision-making and capture every mathematically-confirmed trend transition, particularly valuable for traders managing multiple instruments or those unable to monitor charts continuously.
→ Risk Management: Increase position sizes during strong directional sine-weighted momentum while reducing exposure during frequent color changes that indicate mathematical uncertainty or ranging market conditions lacking clear directional bias.
Trend lines indicator by ForexBeeEnhanced 3-Swing Trendline Zones - Complete Feature Guide
WHAT THIS INDICATOR DOES
This indicator automatically draws trendline zones on your chart using a 3-point validation system. Instead of just connecting any two price points like basic trendline tools, it waits for three swing points to confirm the trendline is valid before drawing it.
FEATURE 1: SWING POINT DETECTION
What it detects:
Swing highs: Price points where the high is higher than surrounding candles
Swing lows: Price points where the low is lower than surrounding candles
These show up as small arrows on your chart labeled "SH" (swing high) and "SL" (swing low)
Settings that control this:
Swing Length : Default is 6, range 1-20
Higher numbers = fewer, more significant swing points
Lower numbers = more swing points, including minor ones
Example: Setting 5 means each swing point must be higher/lower than 5 candles on each side
How to use this setting:
On 1-minute charts: Use 5-10 to filter out noise
On daily charts: Use 2-3 for more sensitivity
Volatile markets: Increase the number
Quiet markets: Decrease the number
Please See the Below Images To See the difference of swing length of 6 and 8
Display control:
Show Swing Points : Turn the arrows on/off
Default: ON (you'll see the arrows)
Turn OFF if arrows clutter your chart
FEATURE 2: RETRACEMENT VALIDATION SYSTEM
What this does:
After finding two swing points, the system checks if the second swing represents a proper market retracement, not just random price movement.
How it works:
Finds the highest point between two swing lows (or lowest point between two swing highs)
Calculates how much the second swing retraced from this extreme point
Only accepts swings that retrace between your set percentages
Settings that control this:
Lower Limit % : Default 50%, range 0-100%
Upper Limit % : Default 90%, range 0-100%
These create a "valid retracement zone"
Why this matters:
Eliminates random trendlines that don't follow market structure
Ensures trendlines represent actual retracement patterns
Based on Elliott Wave and Fibonacci principles
FEATURE 3: ATR-BASED ZONE WIDTH
What ATR means:
Average True Range measures how much price typically moves in a given period. Instead of fixed-width trendlines, this creates zones that adapt to market volatility.
Settings that control this:
Zone Width (ATR Multiple) : Default 0.3, range 0.1-1.0
ATR Length : Default 14, range 1-50 periods
How zone width works:
Multiplier 0.1 = Very narrow zones (tight around trendline)
Multiplier 0.5 = Medium zones
Multiplier 1.0 = Wide zones (accommodates more price movement)
ATR Length explained:
14 periods = Uses last 14 candles to calculate average volatility
Shorter periods (7) = More sensitive to recent volatility changes
Longer periods (21) = Smoother, less sensitive to volatility spikes
Practical impact:
During high volatility: Zones automatically become wider
During low volatility: Zones automatically become narrower
Prevents false breakouts during normal market noise
Creates realistic support/resistance areas instead of precise lines
FEATURE 4: VISUAL ZONE SYSTEM
Active Uptrend Zones:
Green upper boundary line (solid, thick)
Lime green lower boundary line (solid, thick)
Green fill between lines (80% transparency)
These represent dynamic support levels
Active Downtrend Zones:
Blue upper boundary line (solid, thick)
Navy blue lower boundary line (solid, thick)
Red fill between lines (80% transparency)
These represent dynamic resistance levels
Broken/Expired Zones:
Gray/silver boundary lines (dashed, thick)
Original fill color maintained (green for uptrend zones, red for downtrend zones)
Shows historical trendlines that are no longer active
FEATURE 5: BREAK DETECTION SYSTEM
How breaks are detected:
The system monitors when price violates the zone boundaries, indicating the trendline structure has failed.
Settings that control this:
Use Wick Break : True/False toggle
TRUE: Break occurs when candle high/low touches zone boundary
FALSE: Break occurs when candle close price crosses zone boundary
Conservative vs Aggressive approach:
Wick Break = TRUE (Aggressive) :
- More sensitive, earlier signals
- May produce more false breaks during volatile periods
- Good for scalping and short-term trading
Wick Break = FALSE (Conservative) :
- Requires candle to close beyond zone
- Fewer false signals, more reliable breaks
- Better for swing trading and position trading
What happens when zone breaks:
Zone lines change from solid to dashed
Zone lines change color to gray/silver
Fill color remains original (green/red) for identification
Zone stops extending forward
Zone is removed from active monitoring
FEATURE 6: ZONE EXPIRATION SYSTEM
What expiration does:
Allows trendlines to automatically become inactive after a set number of bars, even if they haven't been broken.
Settings that control this:
Use Zone Expiration : True/False toggle
Zone Expiration (Bars) : Default 500, range 1-1000
FALSE: Zones run indefinitely until broken
TRUE: Zones expire after specified number of bars
Visual result:
Expired zones look identical to broken zones
Lines become dashed and gray/silver
Fill colors remain original (green/red)
FEATURE 7: MULTI-TIMEFRAME TREND ANALYSIS TABLE
What the table shows:
A small table on your chart that monitors trend conditions across four different timeframes simultaneously.
Settings that control this:
TF1, TF2, TF3, TF4 : Four customizable timeframes
Default: 4H, 8H, 1D, 1W
Table Position : 9 positions (top/middle/bottom + left/center/right)
Text Size : Tiny, Small, Normal, Large, Huge
How trend detection works:
Uptrend Pattern : Current candle's high AND low are both higher than previous candle's high AND low on specified timeframes
This creates higher highs and higher lows
Shows consistent buying pressure
Table displays green background with upward arrow (▲)
Downtrend Pattern : Current candle's high AND low are both lower than previous candle's high AND low on specified timeframes
This creates lower highs and lower lows
Shows consistent selling pressure
Table displays red background with downward arrow (▼)
Range/Sideways Pattern : Current candle creates either inside bar or outside bar
Inside bar: Current range smaller than previous candle
Outside bar: Current range larger than previous candle
Shows market indecision or consolidation
Table displays orange background with diamond symbol (◆)
No Clear Pattern : None of the above conditions are met
Table displays gray background with horizontal line (⎯)
How to interpret the table:
All timeframes green (uptrend): Strong bullish alignment
All timeframes red (downtrend): Strong bearish alignment
Mixed colors: Conflicting timeframes, exercise caution
Mostly orange: Market in consolidation phase
Tooltip explanations: Hover over each cell for detailed description
FEATURE 8: BACKGROUND COLOR SYSTEM
What background colors show:
Optional feature that colors your chart background based on the current timeframe's trend condition.
Settings that control this:
Show Background Colors : True/False toggle
Background Transparency : 80-98% range
Default: OFF (no background colors)
Color scheme:
Green background: Current timeframe showing uptrend
Red background: Current timeframe showing downtrend
Orange background: Current timeframe showing range/consolidation

Phantom Trend IndicatorOverview
The Phantom Trend Indicator (PTI) is a streamlined tool for identifying trend direction and strength. It blends zigzag-based trend detection with a volume profile to display a histogram showing price distance from the Point of Control (POC). Six distinct colors highlight trend states, with background highlights for extreme price zones. Ideal for stocks, forex, crypto, and futures across any timeframe.
Features:
Trend Detection: Uses zigzag fractals to identify uptrends and downtrends.
Histogram Colors: Six colors for trend strength (low, high, extreme for up/down trends) or neutral (gray).
Dynamic Levels: Plots POC, Value Area Low (VAL), and High (VAH) via volume profile.
Background Colors: Highlights overbought (above VAH) or oversold (below VAL) zones.
Alerts: Signals new trends.
How It Works:
Trends: Zigzag fractals define trend ranges, with price position setting histogram colors (low, high, or extreme).
Histogram: Shows price deviation from POC.
Background: Colors extreme zones outside VAL/VAH.
This indicator builds on traditional trend detectors and volume profiles by integrating them into a single, cohesive tool. Unlike standard momentum indicators that rely on moving averages, PTI uses zigzag fractals for more responsive trend identification, reducing lag in volatile markets. Compared to basic volume profile scripts, it adds trend-based color coding and background alerts for extremes, providing clearer visual cues for overbought/oversold conditions. The six distinct colors indicate trend strength, and customizable thresholds allow fine-tuning for different assets and timeframes, enhancing adaptability. Traders benefit from combined momentum and liquidity insights, helping spot reversals or continuations more reliably—making PTI a valuable, standalone addition for both novice and experienced users.
Settings
Trend Detector: Toggle alerts, adjust zigzag sensitivity, and set thresholds for low-to-high and extreme color transitions.
Dynamic Levels: Configure volume profile period, multiplier, accuracy, value area percent, and ATR-based channel width.
Visuals: Customize POC, VAL, VAH, and area fill colors.
Read Histogram: Uptrend colors show early, strong, or overextended moves; downtrend colors indicate early, weakening, or oversold conditions; gray for consolidation.
Background: Monitor for overbought/oversold color-coded signals.
Tune: Adjust zigzag or period settings for your timeframe/asset.
Tips
Shorten period for intraday, extend for swing trading.
Pair with other indicators for confirmation.
Notes:
Requires sufficient chart data for volume profile.
Test settings for low-volatility assets.
For informational use only, not financial advice. Test thoroughly, and happy trading!
Omega ATR Indicator📖 Introduction
The Ω ATR Indicator was created to provide a more complete and professional framework for volatility analysis than the classic Average True Range (ATR).
While the traditional ATR is a useful tool, it has limitations: it delivers a simple rolling average of volatility, but it does not adapt to market regimes, it does not highlight extreme events, and it often leaves the trader with incomplete information about risk.
The Ω ATR takes the same foundation and elevates it into a multi-dimensional volatility dashboard, adding statistical layers, adaptive calculations, and clear visual references that allow traders to interpret volatility in a way that is immediately actionable.
🔎 What makes it different from a standard ATR?
This indicator introduces several features beyond the classic formula:
True Range Core – plots the raw True Range (TR) for each bar, providing a direct, bar-by-bar view of volatility impulses.
Standard & Adjusted ATR – includes both the conventional ATR (smoothed average) and an Adjusted ATR that automatically corrects for extreme conditions by incorporating percentile rescaling.
Percentile Volatility Levels – dynamically calculated extreme thresholds (99.8%, 75%, 50%, 25%), plotted as dotted levels across the chart. These act as reference lines for “normal” vs. “abnormal” volatility, useful for spotting unusual price expansions or contractions.
Linear Regression Volatility Trend – overlays a regression line of volatility, showing whether the market is moving toward expansion (rising vol), contraction (falling vol), or stability.
Monetary Value Translation – the indicator converts volatility into points, ticks, and dollar values (based on the instrument’s point value). This allows futures traders and high-value instruments users to immediately see how much volatility is “worth” in cash terms.
Interactive Table Display – a real-time statistics table is displayed directly on the chart, showing:
SMA of ATR in $ and points
Percentile-based volatility range (VAR) in $ and points
Tick equivalences, for quick position sizing
⚡ How traders can use it
The Ω ATR Indicator is designed to be versatile, fitting both discretionary traders and systematic strategy developers.
Risk Management: ATR-based stop losses and position sizing are significantly improved by using the adjusted ATR and percentile thresholds. Traders can size their positions according to volatility regimes, not just raw averages.
Breakout & Exhaustion Detection: When TR or ATR values spike above the 99.8% or 95% percentile levels, this often corresponds to breakout conditions or volatility exhaustion — useful for breakout strategies, mean-reversion setups, and volatility fades.
Market Regime Identification: The regression line helps distinguish if volatility is rising (trending environment, larger swings expected) or compressing (range-bound environment, lower risk opportunities).
Multi-Asset Flexibility: Works equally well on equities, futures, crypto, and FX. Its point/tick/dollar conversion makes it especially powerful for futures traders who need to quantify risk precisely.
Scalping to Swing Trading: On lower timeframes, it acts as a micro-volatility detector; on higher timeframes, it functions as a strategic risk gauge for position management.
⚙️ Settings and Customization
Length: The ATR lookback period (default = 34).
Shorter lengths (14–21) for intraday traders who want fast response.
Longer lengths (34–55) for swing/position traders who want smoother readings.
AVG / ADJ AVG: Toggle to display the standard ATR or the adjusted ATR.
Volatility Levels: Enable/disable up to 4 percentile-based levels (1st = 25%, 2nd = 50%, 3rd = 75%, 4th = 99.8%). Recommended: keep 3 levels active for clarity.
Color Controls: All plots and levels are fully customizable to match your chart style.
Table Display: Positioned on the chart (default: middle-right) with key values updated in real time.
🧭 Best Practices for Use
Combine with Trend Tools: Volatility readings are most powerful when combined with trend filters or volume analysis. For example, a breakout with both high volatility and trend confirmation is stronger than either alone.
ATR Stops: Use the Adjusted ATR rather than the standard one when trailing stops in highly volatile instruments like crypto or Nasdaq futures, as it adapts to outlier spikes.
Dollar Risk Translation: Use the dollar-value outputs to predefine maximum acceptable risk per trade (e.g., “I only risk $250 per position”). This bridges volatility to portfolio risk management.
Event Monitoring: Around economic events or earnings, expect volatility spikes above higher percentile levels. The indicator makes these moves instantly visible.
📌 Summary
The Ω ATR Indicator is not just “another ATR.” It is a comprehensive volatility framework that transforms volatility from a simple statistic into an actionable trading signal.
By combining:
the classic ATR,
an adjusted ATR,
percentile extremes,
regression-based volatility trends,
and real-time dollar conversions,
…this tool allows traders to precisely understand, visualize, and act on volatility in ways that a standard ATR simply cannot provide.
Whether you are scalping intraday moves, swing trading equities, or managing futures positions, the Ω ATR equips you with a professional-grade volatility dashboard that clarifies risk, highlights opportunity, and adapts across all markets and timeframes.

Harmonic Super Guppy is a comprehensive trend analysis and visualization tool that evolves the classic Guppy Multiple Moving Average (GMMA) methodology, pioneered by Daryl Guppy to visualize the interaction between short-term trader behavior and long-term investor trends. into a harmonic and phase-based market framework. By combining harmonic weighting, golden ratio phasing, and multiple moving averages, it provides traders with a deep understanding of market structure, momentum, and trend alignment. Fast and slow line groups visually differentiate short-term trader activity from longer-term investor positioning, while adaptive fills and dynamic coloring clearly illustrate trend coherence, expansion, and contraction in real time.
Traditional GMMA focuses primarily on moving average convergence and divergence. Harmonic Super Guppy extends this concept, integrating frequency-aware harmonic analysis and golden ratio modulation, allowing traders to detect subtle cyclical forces and early trend shifts before conventional moving averages would react. This is particularly valuable for traders seeking to identify early trend continuation setups, preemptive breakout entries, and potential trend exhaustion zones. The indicator provides a multi-dimensional view, making it suitable for scalping, intraday trading, swing setups, and even longer-term position strategies.
The visual structure of Harmonic Super Guppy is intentionally designed to convey trend clarity without oversimplification. Fast lines reflect short-term trader sentiment, slow lines capture longer-term investor alignment, and fills highlight compression or expansion. The adaptive color coding emphasizes trend alignment: strong green for bullish alignment, strong red for bearish, and subtle gray tones for indecision. This allows traders to quickly gauge market conditions while preserving the granularity necessary for sophisticated analysis.
How It Works
Harmonic Super Guppy uses a combination of harmonic averaging, golden ratio phasing, and adaptive weighting to generate its signals.
Harmonic Weighting : Each moving average integrates three layers of harmonics:
Primary harmonic captures the dominant cyclical structure of the market.
Secondary harmonic introduces a complementary frequency for oscillatory nuance.
Tertiary harmonic smooths higher-frequency noise while retaining meaningful trend signals.
Golden Ratio Phase : Phases of each harmonic contribution are adjusted using the golden ratio (default φ = 1.618), ensuring alignment with natural market rhythms. This reduces lag and allows traders to detect trend shifts earlier than conventional moving averages.
Adaptive Trend Detection : Fast SMAs are compared against slow SMAs to identify structural trends:
UpTrend : Fast SMA exceeds slow SMA.
DownTrend : Fast SMA falls below slow SMA.
Frequency Scaling : The wave frequency setting allows traders to modulate responsiveness versus smoothing. Higher frequency emphasizes short-term moves, while lower frequency highlights structural trends. This enables adaptation across asset classes with different volatility characteristics.
Through this combination, Harmonic Super Guppy captures micro and macro market cycles, helping traders distinguish between transient noise and genuine trend development. The multi-harmonic approach amplifies meaningful price action while reducing false signals inherent in standard moving averages.
Interpretation
Harmonic Super Guppy provides a multi-dimensional perspective on market dynamics:
Trend Analysis : Alignment of fast and slow lines reveals trend direction and strength. Expanding harmonics indicate momentum building, while contraction signals weakening conditions or potential reversals.
Momentum & Volatility : Rapid expansion of fast lines versus slow lines reflects short-term bullish or bearish pressure. Compression often precedes breakout scenarios or volatility expansion. Traders can quickly gauge trend vigor and potential turning points.
Market Context : The indicator overlays harmonic and structural insights without dictating entry or exit points. It complements order blocks, liquidity zones, oscillators, and other technical frameworks, providing context for informed decision-making.
Phase Divergence Detection : Subtle divergence between harmonic layers (primary, secondary, tertiary) often signals early exhaustion in trends or hidden strength, offering preemptive insight into potential reversals or sustained continuation.
By observing both structural alignment and harmonic expansion/contraction, traders gain a clear sense of when markets are trending with conviction versus when conditions are consolidating or becoming unpredictable. This allows for proactive trade management, rather than reactive responses to lagging indicators.
Strategy Integration
Harmonic Super Guppy adapts to various trading methodologies with clear, actionable guidance.
Trend Following : Enter positions when fast and slow lines are aligned and harmonics are expanding. The broader the alignment, the stronger the confirmation of trend persistence. For example:
A fast line crossover above slow lines with expanding fills confirms momentum-driven continuation.
Traders can use harmonic amplitude as a filter to reduce entries against prevailing trends.
Breakout Trading : Periods of line compression indicate potential volatility expansion. When fast lines diverge from slow lines after compression, this often precedes breakouts. Traders can combine this visual cue with structural supports/resistances or order flow analysis to improve timing and precision.
Exhaustion and Reversals : Divergences between harmonic components, or contraction of fast lines relative to slow lines, highlight weakening trends. This can indicate liquidity exhaustion, trend fatigue, or corrective phases. For example:
A flattening fast line group above a rising slow line can hint at short-term overextension.
Traders may use these signals to tighten stops, take partial profits, or prepare for contrarian setups.
Multi-Timeframe Analysis : Overlay slow lines from higher timeframes on lower timeframe charts to filter noise and trade in alignment with larger market structures. For example:
A daily bullish alignment combined with a 15-minute breakout pattern increases probability of a successful intraday trade.
Conversely, a higher timeframe divergence can warn against taking counter-trend trades in lower timeframes.
Adaptive Trade Management : Harmonic expansion/contraction can guide dynamic risk management:
Stops may be adjusted according to slow line support/resistance or harmonic contraction zones.
Position sizing can be modulated based on harmonic amplitude and compression levels, optimizing risk-reward without rigid rules.
Technical Implementation Details
Harmonic Super Guppy is powered by a multi-layered harmonic and phase calculation engine:
Harmonic Processing : Primary, secondary, and tertiary harmonics are calculated per period to capture multiple market cycles simultaneously. This reduces noise and amplifies meaningful signals.
Golden Ratio Modulation : Phase adjustments based on φ = 1.618 align harmonic contributions with natural market rhythms, smoothing lag and improving predictive value.
Adaptive Trend Scaling : Fast line expansion reflects short-term momentum; slow lines provide structural trend context. Fills adapt dynamically based on alignment intensity and harmonic amplitude.
Multi-Factor Trend Analysis : Trend strength is determined by alignment of fast and slow lines over multiple bars, expansion/contraction of harmonic amplitudes, divergences between primary, secondary, and tertiary harmonics and phase synchronization with golden ratio cycles.
These computations allow the indicator to be highly responsive yet smooth, providing traders with actionable insights in real time without overloading visual complexity.
Optimal Application Parameters
Asset-Specific Guidance:
Forex Majors : Wave frequency 1.0–2.0, φ = 1.618–1.8
Large-Cap Equities : Wave frequency 0.8–1.5, φ = 1.5–1.618
Cryptocurrency : Wave frequency 1.2–3.0, φ = 1.618–2.0
Index Futures : Wave frequency 0.5–1.5, φ = 1.618
Timeframe Optimization:
Scalping (1–5min) : Emphasize fast lines, higher frequency for micro-move capture.
Day Trading (15min–1hr) : Balance fast/slow interactions for trend confirmation.
Swing Trading (4hr–Daily) : Focus on slow lines for structural guidance, fast lines for entry timing.
Position Trading (Daily–Weekly) : Slow lines dominate; harmonics highlight long-term cycles.

Disclaimer
Harmonic Super Guppy is a trend analysis and visualization tool, not a guaranteed profit system. Optimal performance requires proper wave frequency, golden ratio phase, and line visibility settings per asset and timeframe. Traders should combine the indicator with other technical frameworks and maintain disciplined risk management practices.
Daily/Weekly Wick (Shadow) Range📈 Detailed Guide to the Daily/Weekly Wick (Shadow) Range Indicator
This indicator is a powerful visualization tool designed to map the key price levels established during the previous trading period (either the previous day or the previous week). Instead of just showing a single line for the high and low, it highlights the entire range of the upper and lower wicks (shadows), representing the "battleground" where buyers and sellers were most active.
How It Works
The Wick (Shadow) Range indicator fetches the Open, High, Low, and Close data from the last completed daily or weekly candle and projects those levels onto your current chart. This creates two distinct colored zones.
Upper Wick (Green Zone): This area spans from the Previous High down to the top of the Previous Candle's Body. It visually represents the territory where sellers successfully pushed the price down from its peak. This entire zone can be considered a resistance area.
Lower Wick (Red Zone): This area spans from the bottom of the Previous Candle's Body down to the Previous Low. It shows where buyers stepped in to defend a price level and push it back up. This entire zone can be considered a support area.
How to Use It in Your Trading
This indicator isn't meant to give direct buy or sell signals on its own. Instead, it provides crucial context about market structure. Here are several ways to incorporate it into your strategy:
1. Identifying Key Support & Resistance
This is the indicator's primary function. The most significant levels are:
Key Resistance: The top edge of the green zone (the previous period's high).
Key Support: The bottom edge of the red zone (the previous period's low).
Look for the current price to react when it approaches these boundaries. These are high-probability areas for price to pause or reverse.
2. Watching for Price Rejection (Reversal Trading)
The colored zones are perfect for spotting rejection signals.
Bearish Rejection 📉: If the current price enters the green zone but fails to stay there, closing back below it (often forming a new wick), it's a strong sign that sellers are still in control at that level. This can be an excellent entry signal for a short position.
Bullish Rejection 📈: If the current price dips into the red zone and is quickly bought back up, it shows that buyers are actively defending that area. This can be a great entry signal for a long position.
3. Confirming Breakouts (Trend Trading)
The zones also help validate breakouts.
Bullish Breakout: If the price pushes decisively through the entire green zone and closes above the previous high, it signals that the previous resistance has been broken and the trend may continue upward.
Bearish Breakdown: If the price falls decisively through the entire red zone and closes below the previous low, it confirms that support has failed and the price may continue downward.
4. Setting Context with Timeframes
Weekly Setting: Use the "Weekly" option to identify major, significant support and resistance levels that can influence the market for the entire week. These are powerful levels for swing trading.
Daily Setting: Use the "Daily" option for intraday trading. The previous day's high and low are critical pivot points that many day traders watch.
⚙️ Indicator Settings
The indicator has one simple setting, which you can access by clicking the gear icon ⚙️ next to its name on the chart.
Select Wick Timeframe: This dropdown menu allows you to switch the indicator's calculation between the Daily and Weekly timeframe instantly.

PE Rating by The Noiseless TraderPE Rating by The Noiseless Trader
This script analyzes a symbol’s Price-to-Earnings (P/E) ratio, using Diluted EPS (TTM) fundamentals directly from TradingView.
The script calculates the Price-to-Earnings ratio (P/E) using Diluted EPS (TTM) fundamentals. It then identifies:
PE High → the highest valuation point over a 3-year historical range.
PE Low → the lowest valuation point over a 3-year historical range.
PE Median → the midpoint between the two extremes, offering a fair-value benchmark.
PE (Int) → an additional intermediate low to track more recent undervaluation points. This is calculated based on lowest valuation point over a 1-year historical range
These levels are plotted directly on the chart as horizontal references, with markers showing the exact bars/dates when the extremes occurred. Candles corresponding to those days are also highlighted for context.
Bars corresponding to these extremes are highlighted (red = PE High, green = PE Low).
How it helps
Provides a historical valuation framework that complements technical analysis. We look for long opportunity or base formation near the PE Low and be cautious when stocks tends to trade near High PE.
We do not short the stock at High PE infact be cautious with long trades.
Helps identify whether current price action is happening near overvalued or undervalued zones.
Adds a long-term perspective to support swing trading and investing decisions. If a stock is coming from Low PE to Median PE and along with that if we get entry based on Classical strategies like Darvas Box, or HH-HL based on Dow Theory.
Offers a simple visual map of how far the market has moved from “cheap” to “expensive.”
This tool is best suited for long-term investors and swing traders who want to merge fundamentals with technical setups.
This indicator is designed as an educational tool to illustrate how valuation metrics (like earnings multiples) can be viewed alongside price action, helping traders connect fundamental context with technical execution in real market conditions.
Linear Regression Trend Navigator [QuantAlgo]🟢 Overview
The Linear Regression Trend Navigator is a trend-following indicator that combines statistical regression analysis with adaptive volatility bands to identify and track dominant market trends. It employs linear regression mathematics to establish the underlying trend direction, while dynamically adjusting trend boundaries based on standard deviation calculations to filter market noise and maintain trend continuity. The result is a straightforward visual system where green indicates bullish conditions favoring buy/long positions, and red signals bearish conditions supporting sell/short trades.
🟢 How It Works
The indicator operates through a three-phase computational process that transforms raw price data into adaptive trend signals. In the first phase, it calculates a linear regression line over the specified period, establishing the mathematical best-fit line through recent price action to determine the underlying directional bias. This regression line serves as the foundation for trend analysis by smoothing out short-term price variations while preserving the essential directional characteristics.
The second phase constructs dynamic volatility boundaries by calculating the standard deviation of price movements over the defined period and applying a user-adjustable multiplier. These upper and lower bounds create a volatility-adjusted channel around the regression line, with wider bands during volatile periods and tighter bands during stable conditions. This adaptive boundary system operates entirely behind the scenes, ensuring the trend signal remains relevant across different market volatility regimes without cluttering the visual display.
In the final phase, the system generates a simple trend line that dynamically positions itself within the volatility boundaries. When price action pushes the regression line above the upper bound, the trend line adjusts to the upper boundary level. Conversely, when the regression line falls below the lower bound, the trend line moves to the lower boundary. The result is a single colored line that transitions between green (rising trend line = buy/long) and red (declining trend line = sell/short).
🟢 How to Use
Green Trend Line: Upward momentum indicating favorable conditions for long positions, buy signals, and bullish strategies
Red Trend Line: Downward momentum signaling optimal timing for short positions, sell signals, and bearish approaches
Rising Green Line: Accelerating bullish momentum with steepening angles indicating strengthening upward pressure and potential for trend continuation
Declining Red Line: Intensifying bearish momentum with increasing negative slopes suggesting persistent downward pressure and shorting opportunities
Flattening Trend Lines: Gradual reduction in slope regardless of color may indicate approaching consolidation or momentum exhaustion requiring position review
🟢 Pro Tips for Trading and Investing
→ Entry/Exit Timing: Trade exclusively on band color transitions rather than price patterns, as each color change represents a statistically-confirmed shift that has passed through volatility filtering, providing higher probability setups than traditional technical analysis.
→ Parameter Optimization for Asset Classes: Customize the linear regression period based on your trading style. For example, use 5-10 bars for day trading to capture short-term statistical shifts, 14-20 for swing trading to balance responsiveness with stability, and 25-50 for position trading to filter out medium-term noise.
→ Volatility Calibration Strategy: Adjust the standard deviation multiplier according to market volatility. For instance, increase to 2.0+ during high-volatility periods like earnings or news events to reduce false signals, decrease to 1.0-1.5 during stable market conditions to maintain sensitivity to genuine trends.
→ Cross-Timeframe Statistical Validation: Apply the indicator across multiple timeframes simultaneously, using higher timeframes for directional bias and lower timeframes for entry timing.
→ Alert-Based Systematic Trading: Use built-in alerts to eliminate discretionary decision-making and ensure you capture every statistically-significant trend change, particularly effective for traders who cannot monitor charts continuously.
→ Risk Allocation Based on Signal Strength: Increase position sizes during periods of strong directional movement while reducing exposure during frequent band color changes that indicate statistical uncertainty or ranging conditions.

Composite Time ProfileComposite Time Profile Overlay (CTPO) - Market Profile Compositing Tool
Automatically composite multiple time periods to identify key areas of balance and market structure
What is the Composite Time Profile Overlay?
The Composite Time Profile Overlay (CTPO) is a Pine Script indicator that automatically composites multiple time periods to identify key areas of balance and market structure. It's designed for traders who use market profile concepts and need to quickly identify where price is likely to find support or resistance.
The indicator analyzes TPO (Time Price Opportunity) data across different timeframes and merges overlapping profiles to create composite levels that represent the most significant areas of balance. This helps you spot where institutional traders are likely to make decisions based on accumulated price action.
Why Use CTPO for Market Profile Trading?
Eliminate Manual Compositing Work
Instead of manually drawing and compositing profiles across different timeframes, CTPO does this automatically. You get instant access to composite levels without spending time analyzing each individual period.
Spot Areas of Balance Quickly
The indicator highlights the most significant areas of balance by compositing overlapping profiles. These areas often act as support and resistance levels because they represent where the most trading activity occurred across multiple time periods.
Focus on What Matters
Rather than getting lost in individual session profiles, CTPO shows you the composite levels that have been validated across multiple timeframes. This helps you focus on the levels that are most likely to hold.
How CTPO Works for Market Profile Traders
Automatic Profile Compositing
CTPO uses a proprietary algorithm that:
- Identifies period boundaries based on your selected timeframe (sessions, daily, weekly, monthly, or auto-detection)
- Calculates TPO profiles for each period using the C2M (Composite 2 Method) row sizing calculation
- Merges overlapping profiles using configurable overlap thresholds (default 50% overlap required)
- Updates composite levels as new price action develops in real-time
Key Levels for Market Profile Analysis
The indicator displays:
- Value Area High (VAH) and Value Area Low (VAL) levels calculated from composite TPO data
- Point of Control (POC) levels where most trading occurred across all composited periods
- Composite zones representing areas of balance with configurable transparency
- 1.618 Fibonacci extensions for breakout targets based on composite range
Multiple Timeframe Support
- Sessions: For intraday market profile analysis
- Daily: For swing trading with daily profiles
- Weekly: For position trading with weekly structure
- Monthly: For long-term market profile analysis
- Auto: Automatically selects timeframe based on your chart
Trading Applications for Market Profile Users
Support and Resistance Trading
Use composite levels as dynamic support and resistance zones. These levels often hold because they represent areas where significant trading decisions were made across multiple timeframes.
Breakout Trading
When composite levels break, they often lead to significant moves. The indicator calculates 1.618 Fibonacci extensions to give you clear targets for breakout trades.
Mean Reversion Strategies
Value Area levels represent the price range where most trading activity occurred. These levels often act as magnets, drawing price back when it moves too far from the mean.
Institutional Level Analysis
Composite levels represent areas where institutional traders have made significant decisions. These levels often hold more weight than traditional technical analysis levels because they're based on actual trading activity.
Key Features for Market Profile Traders

Real-World Trading Examples
Day Trading with Session Composites
Use session-based composites to identify intraday areas of balance. The VAH and VAL levels often act as natural profit targets and stop-loss levels for scalping strategies.
Swing Trading with Daily Composites
Daily composites provide excellent swing trading levels. Look for price reactions at composite zones and use the 1.618 extensions for profit targets.
Position Trading with Weekly Composites
Weekly composites help identify major trend changes and long-term areas of balance. These levels often hold for months or even years.
Risk Management
Composite levels provide natural stop-loss levels. If a composite level breaks, it often signals a significant shift in market sentiment, making it an ideal place to exit losing positions.
Why Composite Levels Work
Composite levels work because they represent areas where significant trading decisions were made across multiple timeframes. When price returns to these levels, traders often remember the previous price action and make similar decisions, creating self-fulfilling prophecies.
The compositing process uses a proprietary algorithm that ensures only levels validated across multiple time periods are displayed. This means you're looking at levels that have proven their significance through actual market behavior, not just random technical levels.
Technical Foundation
The indicator uses TPO (Time Price Opportunity) data combined with price action analysis to identify areas of balance. The C2M row sizing method ensures accurate profile calculations, while the overlap detection algorithm (minimum 50% price range intersection) ensures only truly significant composites are displayed. The algorithm calculates row size based on ATR (Average True Range) divided by 10, then converts to tick size for precise level calculations.
How the Code Actually Works
1. Period Detection and ATR Calculation
The code first determines the appropriate timeframe based on your chart:
- 1m-5m charts: Session-based profiles
- 15m-2h charts: Daily profiles
- 4h charts: Weekly profiles
- 1D charts: Monthly profiles
For each period type, it calculates the number of bars needed for ATR calculation:
- Sessions: 540 minutes divided by chart timeframe
- Daily: 1440 minutes divided by chart timeframe
- Weekly: 7 days worth of minutes divided by chart timeframe
- Monthly: 30 days worth of minutes divided by chart timeframe
2. C2M Row Size Calculation
The code calculates True Range for each bar in the determined period:
- True Range = max(high-low, |high-prevClose|, |low-prevClose|)
- Averages all True Range values to get ATR
- Row Size = (ATR / 10) converted to tick size
- This ensures each TPO row represents a meaningful price movement
3. TPO Profile Generation
For each period, the code:
- Creates price levels from lowest to highest price in the range
- Each level is separated by the calculated row size
- Counts how many bars touch each price level (TPO count)
- Finds the level with highest count = Point of Control (POC)
- Calculates Value Area by expanding from POC until 68.27% of total TPO blocks are included
4. Overlap Detection Algorithm
When a new profile is created, the code checks if it overlaps with existing composites:
- Calculates overlap range = min(currentVAH, prevVAH) - max(currentVAL, prevVAL)
- Calculates current profile range = currentVAH - currentVAL
- Overlap percentage = (overlap range / current profile range) * 100
- If overlap >= 50%, profiles are merged into a composite
5. Composite Merging Logic
When profiles overlap, the code creates a new composite by:
- Taking the earliest start bar and latest end bar
- Using the wider VAH/VAL range (max of both profiles)
- Keeping the POC from the profile with more TPO blocks
- Marking the composite as "active" until price breaks through
6. Real-Time Updates
The code uses barstate.islast to optimize performance:
- Only recalculates on the last bar of each period
- Updates active composite with live price action if enabled
- Cleans up old composites to prevent memory issues
- Redraws all visual elements from scratch each bar
7. Visual Rendering System
The code uses arrays to manage drawing objects:
- Clears all lines/boxes arrays on every bar
- Iterates through composites array to redraw everything
- Uses different colors for active, broken, and dead composites
- Calculates 1.618 Fibonacci extensions for broken composites

Weekly/Monthly Golden ATR LevelsWeekly/Monthly Golden ATR Levels
This indicator is designed to give traders a clear, rule-based framework for identifying support and resistance zones anchored to prior period ranges and the market’s own volatility. It uses the Average True Range (ATR) as a measure of how far price can realistically stretch, then projects fixed levels from the midpoint of the prior week and prior month.
Rather than “moving targets” that repaint, these levels are frozen at the start of each new week and month and stay fixed until the next period begins. This makes them reliable rails for both intraday and swing trading.
What It Plots
Weekly Midpoint (last week’s High + Low ÷ 2)
From this mid, the script projects:
Weekly +1 / −1 ATR
Weekly +2 / −2 ATR
Monthly Midpoint (last month’s High + Low ÷ 2)
From this mid, the script projects:
Monthly +1 / −1 ATR
Monthly +2 / −2 ATR
Customization
Set ATR length & timeframe (default: 14 ATR on Daily bars).
Adjust multipliers for Level 1 (±1 ATR) and Level 2 (±2 ATR).
Choose line color, style, and width separately for weekly and monthly bands.
Toggle labels on/off.
How to Use
Context at the Open
If price opens above last week’s midpoint, bias favors upside toward +1 / +2.
If price opens below the midpoint, bias favors downside toward −1 / −2.
Weekly Bands = Short-Term Rails
+1 / −1 ATR: Rotation pivots. Expect intraday reaction.
+2 / −2 ATR: Extreme stretch zones. Reversals or breakouts often occur here.
Monthly Bands = Big Picture Rails
Use these for swing positioning, or as “outer guardrails” on intraday charts.
When weekly and monthly bands cluster → high-confluence zone.
Trade Playbook
Trend Day: Hold above +1 → target +2. Break below −1 → target −2.
Range Day: Fade first test of ±2, scalp toward ±1 or midpoint.
Catalyst/News Day: Use with caution—levels provide context, not barriers.
Risk Management
Place stops just outside the band you’re trading against.
Scale profits at the next inner level (e.g., short from +2, cover partial at +1).
Runners can trail to the midpoint or opposite side.
Why It Works
ATR measures volatility—how far price tends to travel in a given period.
Anchoring to prior highs and lows captures where real supply/demand last clashed.
Combining the two gives levels that are statistically relevant, widely observed, and psychologically sticky.
Trading books from Mark Douglas (Trading in the Zone), Jared Tendler (The Mental Game of Trading), and Oliver Kell (Victory in Stock Trading) all stress the importance of having objective, repeatable reference points. These levels deliver that discipline—removing guesswork and reducing emotional trading
Kalman Sigmoid Z-score | SurgeQuantTitle: Kalman Sigmoid Z-score Indicator
The Kalman Sigmoid Z-score indicator is a sophisticated tool designed to identify market momentum and potential trend changes using a combination of Kalman filtering, sigmoid-weighted averaging, and Z-score calculations. By processing price data through a Kalman filter and applying adaptive sigmoid weighting, this indicator provides clear visual signals for bullish and bearish market conditions. The Z-score output and price bars are dynamically colored to highlight momentum shifts, aiding traders in identifying potential trading opportunities.
How It Works
Kalman Filter Calculation
Computes a smoothed price series using a Kalman filter based on a user-selected price source (Close, High, Low, or Open) with configurable parameters for process noise, measurement noise, and filter order (default: 3).
The Kalman filter reduces noise in the price data, providing a stable foundation for further analysis.
Sigmoid-Weighted Averaging
Applies a sigmoid function to calculate adaptive weights based on price comparisons over a user-defined lookback period (default: 10).
Weights are adjusted dynamically using a volatility ratio (standard deviation over ATR) to account for market conditions, enhancing signal reliability.
Z-score Calculation
Calculates the Z-score of the Kalman-filtered price relative to a sigmoid-weighted moving average over a user-defined period (default: 20).
Bullish Signal: Triggered when the Z-score crosses above 0, indicating potential upward momentum.
Bearish Signal: Triggered when the Z-score crosses below 0, indicating potential downward momentum.
Visual Representation
The indicator provides a clear and customizable visual interface:
Z-score Histogram: Displayed as colored columns, with distinct colors for bullish (Z-score > 0) and bearish (Z-score < 0) conditions.
Bright green (#4DFFBE) for rising Z-score above 0.
Light green (#56DFCF) for falling Z-score above 0.
Dark purple (#AE75DA) for falling Z-score below 0.
Light purple (#4D2D8C) for rising Z-score below 0.
Price Bar Coloring: Synchronizes with the Z-score colors to reflect momentum on the main chart.
Reference Line: A zero line is plotted on the Z-score panel for easy reference.

Aladin 2.1Aladin 2.1 is a refined indicator created to improve clarity in trading decisions by combining structural market analysis with advanced signal management. It is designed to minimize noise, avoid over-trading, and provide traders with disciplined setups across multiple asset classes.
One of the unique strengths of this tool is the Minimum Bars Between Signals. This ensures that once a trade setup occurs, the system won’t instantly fire multiple signals back-to-back. Instead, it introduces a controlled spacing mechanism that helps traders avoid unnecessary whipsaws and focus only on meaningful moves.
Another key element is the Valid Bars After Setup. When a potential opportunity is detected, the confirmation window lasts for a specified number of bars (e.g., 1, 2, or 3). This gives traders flexibility in how they respond to signals , whether they want stricter entries that trigger immediately, or a slightly wider confirmation window that allows for more breathing room.
Market Suitability
Works exceptionally well in ranging markets, whether it’s intraday scalping, short-term setups, or swing trading.
Designed for Forex and Crypto markets but equally adaptable to stocks and indices.
Best used when the market is sideways or balanced.
Note: During strong one-directional trends, counter-trend signals may appear less reliable ,the tool is primarily optimized for range and structured phases.
Key Benefits:
Clear Buy/Sell signals with controlled spacing
Adjustable confirmation window (valid bars)
Helps avoid over-trading and false triggers
Adaptable for scalpers, intraday traders, and swing traders alike
Pro Note: This indicator doesn’t rely on a single calculation method, it integrates multiple layers of logic into one framework, keeping it robust without being overly complicated for the user.
